    you funny man.

i sort of have a prob tho. at 1 ohm my voltage gets low quick.

i think i may toss my polks in to run at 2 ohms. just to see how they sound too. its been a while since they've been hooked up.

if im to sell them i can show the buyer a vid of them in action, and give that person an idea of the enclosure size.

yes i have, but the 1 ohm mono load seems to have pushed my stock electrical to the limit.

it hasnt caused any problems but the voltage drops faster than when it was wired at 2 ohms mono, and i only have 4 gauge wire. it may be that.

ok i went ahead and put in the polks. they sound ok but i had to lower the xover from 80 to 63hz down.they were a bit mid bassy. but can get loud too.

i'll put the orion's back in tomorrow. not feeling to hot right now.

oh forgot to post this..i put the orions back in. they do sound much beter than the polks in this box, but .........

damit!! i miss my really deep bass. these guys get loud but not really really deep.

i miss my kicker... i was thinking of getting some round kicker cvr 12's when my irs check comes in,but i'm afraid they wont sound good in the new box. since these dont dig really deep.

    i was thinking of another L5 10 in a probox for 2.

we all know you love the 10" L5. why don't you just pick up another one and get the probox for 2, or you could have another box made for the L5's...

BUT, the CVR's sound good to me, you just gotta make sure they will like that box that you had made. What are the specs on the box you had made?

2.25 cubes per chamber. same as what the cvr's like ported.

    tuned to 35 hz.

i'm not saying the box is not loud. cause it jams! i noticed my wipers vibrating today. and my mirror cant stat still. lol.

but those super lows....i miss them.

my guess is the subs were not designed to play that low.

here lets see if i can find the kind of bass i want....brb

If you want a low end monster than tuning low would be a good start.

I'm getting out of high SPL...I also yearn for the low deep bass. I'm thinking about a single 10" setup after I sell my 19Ov.2.

Maybe thinking of buying an Audiopulse REVO 10"...maybe a MTX 9500...maybe an Orion HCCA 10. I dunno. The Audiopulse sub is a sexy moster though.

i may just go back to my probox and 10 inch. i just want more low output. like i said maybe a dual 2 ohm L7. same box. has same box specs.
