hey, i have 2 polk momo 12's and 2 alpine type e 12's and was wondering which subs were better? the specifications on the momo's are much better than the alpines but that doesn't always mean they are better. also the polks have a good amount of visible use while the alpines are in almost perfect shape. just wondering which ones would be better to use, thanks
from my experience two type-e 12s off 4-500rms gets damn loud. i built a box that was 4.5cuft tuned to 40hz that made them beat hard and get low all while sounding good.
