Help me clarify. Rice refers to any import or just the crazy decked out ones with the non-functional bolt on stuff. I drive an import so I'm curious what you think.
Just the really ridiculous ones with 4 foot spoilers and non-functional hood scoops and shit like that.
thats about as :rice: as it gets, you may not have all the bolt ons yet but you will get bit by the bug and rice it out hahaha. j/k
The greatest numbers of "rice" on the road are domestics.. 3 foot by 1.5 foot tall vinyl chevy symbols in back windows... Trucks with Vinyl "Calvin peeing on Ford/Chevy/Dodge logo" stickers... Late model Cavaliers with stickers like Crane Cams and Hooker Headers in the side windows like an old school musclecar.. Cavaliers with tinted headlight covers with round holes... Headlight and taillight blackouts in general.. definitely primarily a Domestic problem... Base model Camaro's with Z28 badges on the sides.. Trucks with racing stripes... The abuse of aesthetics goes on.. but it's definitely more prevelant on the domestic side.. At least around here, the people modifying imports, you'd hardly know exept for a lowered stance and a set of bigger rims and lower profile tires.. form follows function... Of course there is less money in this area, you don't have mommy and daddy funding people's rides... ever.. so people interested in cars are generally committed to a purpose.. I can't imagine it's that different elsewhere though, unless you live in Malibu or Beverly Hills... :dapimp:
:wtf: Well, there's a yellow 1st gen eclipse rolling around here with three Krylon job 2" wide racing stripes and cheesy 15" American Racing rims on it... And there's a stock Civic that's been sprayed yellow... with some even cheesier 5-star aluminum 15" rims... But that's about it.. On the other hand, there's more Calvin stickers than you would care to know... And at least 5 cars that I can think of with vinyl abuse.. A Mustang with an "entire back window" mustang horsie on it... A Ford Focus hatch with a HUGE "entire back window" Ford oval... A Blue Chevy Cavalier with an "entire back window" Chevy logo outline in white... A Red Grand Am with an "entire back window" red Pontiac logo.. Definitely less taste with the domestic car crowd... A Black Ford Contour with a chrome "All Eyez on Me" windshield header in chrome vinyl, and chrome door edge trim around EVERY possible door edge, trunk edge, even the gas filler... stock wheels.. A full size Chevy truck with the prerequisite Calvin stickers and "crane cams" and Nascar stickers... with Chevy Logo shaped Foglights! They don't even MAKE cheese like that for imports...
I second that, its like fast and furious down here in tampa every saturday night. They go all around the city racinf until the cops break it up and then they find another spot.
