Your enclosures are awesome, i wish i knew of you a few weeks ago, i would have brought you my 49 Ford pickup but ill definately keep your name in mind and recomend you to my friends if thats cool
i have a bet with my freind. how much do your boxs sell for?
very impresive i like the quality of your work not getto. if you dont mind id like to put some of your stuff on one of the truck forums i go to?
have another question. my friend seems to think it takes you around a month to build one box. i know it doesnt.
so how long on average. i say a day or 2 max.
with the curing time for the port coating they are usually ready to ship in 7 days
dose the shap of the box play a part in the output or is it more for looks btw great work when do you want to start on my next box lol
the port design is both cosmetic and performance
too many pics to post so here is a link
thanks for the reply.
Thumpper, I am curious. What kind of wood are you using? I just tried doing a similar bend (twice) with some MDF and it broke.
all these enclosures are made of 3/4" Premium Ranger Board MDF
Ranger it is possible with regular MDF...you just have to fiddle with the spacing and depth of cuts...Also wiping the other side of the cuts with a damp rag helps a little to soften the MDF a bit.
