I have 2 DVC 4ohm subs im trying to wire to a mono amp. I have found several different wiring diagrams to show me how to do this, but some say to go parallel/parallel and some say series/parallel. I think I am needing to do the para/para to present the amp with 1ohm,but need to be sure. Also, when running the wire, is it best to use as few pieces of wire as possible when going from one sub to the other or does it matter?
I appreciate it, I thought that was the one i needed, so are you supposed to run a separate piece of wire from one inlet to the next or try and keep it one piece? with the pos and neg side seperate of course
you can just run a wire off the amp to the first terminal, then from there to the other with another piece. use as many as you need to, you wont really notice any difference.
