Hello, I've installed an after market HU (Sony WX-GT77UI) in my 2005 Scion XB. I recently found a brand new Bazooka 8 Inch tube made specifically for the Scion XB (part # PTS20-52040). It's a powered subwoofer, however the input from the harness seems to be a high level (amplified) signal. It doesn't seem that there are inputs for the RCA cords (which I understand is not amplified). My head unit has an RCA out for a subwoofer. I want to connect my Sub to the the RCA outs from the head unit but common sense says that the sub wouldn't work, mainly because it's not receiving the correct signal. Am I right? I've been told that product like the Peripheral Sven2 will convert the RCA to speaker level input. But will this affect my ability to adjust the sound? And will this actually work? What would wiring this particular combination look like? Install guide for sub is here; http://www.trdsparks.com/install/00016-52500inst.pdf Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Dan
