    wow..that is crazy.

I have only taken mine up to 6 grand...i don't really feel comfortable just keeping the pedal floored up to 6500 rpms and waiting for the tranny to shift...it feels like something may break...cuz at 6000 rpms the engine is screaming

But I may try it someday lol

the rev limiter wouldn't happen to make the transmission start jumping like crazy until you let off would it lol.

yeah it would...it cuts off fuel.

ever hear the ricers who don't know how to shift bounce there tachs off the limiter all the time when trying to show off...you hear that "bop bop bop bop" sound?? lol

ok, that's good, it happened to me yesterday, i was just coming around a corner and i gunned it, wasn't even going that fast and it started chugging like crazy didn't know what it was lol.

if i ease into the gas from a dead stop then gun it, it shifts smoothly, the transmission is finicky if you don't push the gas just right, will jolt into the next gear.

man don't even get me started on "fuel cut".. i hate it! though it is an important safety feature. Think about gunning it and for some reason your boost controller malfunctions and your psi on the turbo is going way above what your fuel system can deliver.. bam fuel cut.. it feels like you hit a brick wall and your car looses all power. If it would have let it keep going the engine would have gone so lean it would have died with the quickness... yep yep yep.. wonderful fuel cut.
