    well thats strange that it would compress the image like that, but another option is to use MSpaint. open the image in paint then go to Image then stretch/skew and change both to 50% assuming you want it half the original size.

    Adobe Photoshop is the way to go, it's what the pros use

    Nice snare, my first kit was pearl president 5 piece with zildjan cymbals

    What I ended up doing is going into the camera itself and re-sizing the picture dimensions.....Now this picture was taken with the smallest, lowest quality in the camera.....It still looks damn nice.....this was all using the camera in the "point and shoot" modes with all auto foucs, etc...
