Box for 2 DP 21s

    I got the bracing in tonite and the top two baffles glued and screwed down. All that is left is put the bolts for the speaker terminals, filling in the screw holes w puddy and rounding over the edges.

    Bracing cut out. 2x4s with edges rounded over

    poly fill is just in case the box is a little too small. not all boxes need fill.

    Nice work liftedranger...

    It is feels good to me that there are still folks out there that know how to build a decent box! The attention to details and thought process for making it happen is becoming a lost art in so many ways anymore...and not just in enclosures.

    Your pics truely make me want to go to my fathers woodshoppe and start making enclosures! LOL! I aint built a sub box in years.

    Again...good job

    Curious, did you use melamine stock for the enclosure?

    Yea it was mdf with a layer of white on it.

    Well here it is in the truck. We got it hooked up and wow it slams the lows. :) And we only hooked 1 3500 up at .5 ohms and its nice. Will get vids soon.

    looks like it just barely fit! LOL!

    seriously...watching this thread has made me want to build a few enclosures!

    You need to put some neon in the port btw!
