audioque 15'' sub

    i have a 4000 watt pioneer premier class d monoblock amp. im thinking about getting an audioque 15'' sub and i was wandering if i should get the D1 or D2

    it depeands on where the amp makes it power. at 2 ohms or 1 or 4.

    well the sub wen i buy it it asks whether i want D1 or D2

    ok, but at what ohm load does your amp make full power?

    its 1 ohm stable but it makes the full 4000 at .5 ohms and im not trying to do the .5 ohm thing

    nevermind the guy at audioque told me to get the D2 and run them at run ohm

    ok, i would have suggested a 1 ohm final load on a 1 ohm stable amp too.

    4k is a lot of power. have you upgraded anything in the car to support the current draw?

    Just wondering what model of Pioneer amp you have, I didnt know they made one that was .5 ohm stable.

    i wonder too. they do have a 2000 watt rms amp and its 4k max.

    i do love the looks of those amps too. simple and sweet. either way 2k is a **** ton of power to one sub. i wanna see pics. :)

    the amp isnt .5 ohm stable it can jus be ran with a sub hooked at .5 ohm, thats wen it will push out the full 4000 watts. and ill put a pic of it on in a lil bit
