1 or 2 subs?

    Will there be any difference between 1 or 2 subs if the power fed into them is the same? Example:Scenario 1-Two 8 ohm subs wired in parallel for a 4 ohm load. Scenario 2-one 4ohm sub. Will there be much difference in db?

    slightly more out put with 2 subs.

    more cone area.

    lower distortion...It really depends on the install and ENCLOSURE.

    with two subs...but its hardly noticeable unless the sub is horrible quality.

    I noticed a huge difference when I added my other sub. If I turn my volume up to 15 right now, it sounds like one sub turned turned up to 42.
