ok i just saw you new post maybe one of your speakers is causing a short. try running one speaker per ch to test it.
is this a new set up? maybe your impedance for the 4 speakers is to low for what the amp can handle.

i posted a reply last night. its a manual on how to make one from an 8 pin plug. radio shack should have all that you need.
