    Does HO Alternator negate need for Kinetic battery ??

    when the car is running you would be fine. engine off you will kill your cars batt in a few minutes.

    Are pre-fab floor kick panels aimed correctly ??

    ive heard a set in a toyota 4 runner and they are nice. you may want to deaden the inside of them to stiffen them up a bit.

    you can do a few red or yellow top batts for around 150~190 each. depends on where you go.

    yes it will work. two 4Ω subs wired in parallel will give you a 2Ω final load.
