have you considered maybe a 5 ch amp. so you can amp the 4's and cross them over hi so they can keep up with the other speakers

why not go as wide as you can so the box is wedged in between the wheel wells. mine is like that. it dont move a bit.
to be honest..its up to you really. how much power do YOU want/need? is this for competition or daily? how much can you spend on an amp? and...
you can wire to .67 or 2.67 ohms. arent the kickers 2 ohm stable? those will work just fine then.
subs up ports back work well. since you dont want anything hitting the subs.
