its all enclosure dependent. i have 4 8's and people say 8's cant play deep bass and mine can hammer the lows at a reasonable volume. not retarded...
when i heard it it was loud.
dont forget to seal those massive holes in the doors. it makes for better midbass, and you can add the deadener to the back side of the door too.
