im going to say the clarion. it has more eq bands and its line out voltage for an amp is slightly higher than the sony.
they look like a PA type speaker. more for screaming mids really not midbass/sub duty.
600 max each? if so then they are about 300 rms. 500 rms each could be a bit much. look for an amp that will do closer to the subs rms rating....
