you might have the amps crossover set to LP on the front channels. or you have the sub amp wired to the front speakers.

how is that sub box wired? i don't see it being @ 1 ohm. maybe 1.3 or 2.66. audiopipe has a 1500 watt amp that does rated and in less than 200....
