its a wiring issue,and or an amp issue. check your wires to make sure they are tight and check for any possible pinches anywhere.
and how did you come up with that notion? 1ch 2 ch or even 6ch...its the impedance load to the amp that will determine weather or not the amp will...
first thing you should do... save up more money. 200 will not buy you an amp subs and wiring. 400 is a good start.
what your looking for is a 300~400 watt amp. not a 1000 watt one.

look for an amp that is rated to do 150 x 2 rms. if you get a more powerful amp you can adjust the gain lower so as not to overpower the subs.

why would there be treble coming from the sub? get a multi meter and check for resistance, that will tell you if it is blown.
