Well im not sure what would happen if you wired them in series but I do know that it is better to mount them as close to the amp is possible.

Um what question are you looking to ask? That sub is 200 watts rms also. Also why did you go with all kenwood stuff?

That setup should work fine. Just set your gains right and you won't blow those subs. Sealed box will improve the power handling of those subs...
