Have you checked that it is really a good ground with a DMM??? Are your rca's on the opposite side of the power wires?? Try upgrading the big...

Lowpass should be however you like it...I like my lowpass around 90-100. Subsonic should be around 35hz. Bass boost should be all the way off...
Only thing I would maybe consider using here is the power wire and the sub maybe....those rcas look like poopy...sorry...but poopy
