tweeters can take on 1khz and up...depending on the tweeter. Most normal speakers can go smoothly that high
0 guage can handle about 300-350 amps of current depending on length...you will be fine with those three amps. I told you to use two 400.1!!...

yeah a 200 amp relay is fine. If you buy two batteries that are the same and at the same time than a relay is not needed
