Ok...I did some recalculations and the tuning of the box for the competition port is approx 44Hz with a peak at 52Hz and will be 17 inches...

your tuning is too high AND the box is too small...Thats why I said stuff the ports up and seal them so the box is back to a sealed box....that...
make the inside smaller??? you have a severly UNDERSIZED box right now...lol what you need to do is cut the back and make it BIGGER
