    what box are they in? i would try a different ported box, possibly tuned higher for more spl? Otherwise you would likely have to go towards 1000...

    just for rear fill, i would just get a decent 4" speaker and baffle it if your using a sub. If your not using a sub, then i would go for 6x9.

    If you can't afford sound deadener, an alternative is Rubberized Undercoating. A few layers of that will help, But actual sound deadner would work...
