    Your enclosures are awesome, i wish i knew of you a few weeks ago, i would have brought you my 49 Ford pickup but ill definately keep your name in mind and recomend you to my friends if thats cool

    very impresive i like the quality of your work not getto. if you dont mind id like to put some of your stuff on one of the truck forums i go to?

    have another question. my friend seems to think it takes you around a month to build one box. i know it doesnt.

    so how long on average. i say a day or 2 max.

    with the curing time for the port coating they are usually ready to ship in 7 days

    dose the shap of the box play a part in the output or is it more for looks btw great work when do you want to start on my next box lol

    Thumpper, I am curious. What kind of wood are you using? I just tried doing a similar bend (twice) with some MDF and it broke.

    all these enclosures are made of 3/4" Premium Ranger Board MDF

    Ranger it is possible with regular MDF...you just have to fiddle with the spacing and depth of cuts...Also wiping the other side of the cuts with a damp rag helps a little to soften the MDF a bit.
