ok guys you probally go through this alot but its really the only thing that kinda confuses me when it come to this. i got a memphis pr 1.500 amp that will run 500rms at 1ohm. to achive 1ohm when wiring subs do i need dvc 2ohm subs or dvc 4ohm subs or svc 4ohm or what?
1 D2 sub wired in parallel will give you a 1 ohm load. 2 D4 ohm subs wired in parallel will give you a 1 ohm load too. 4 single coil 4 ohm subs = 1 ohm too. 4 D2 ohms subs wired series parallel = 1 ohm also so depending on how many subs you want to run depends on what you need to buy.
