No vehicle without a driver may exceed 60 miles per hour.

That is an actual law in the state of California! No crap! It is crazy,
I was wondering though, WHO DO YOU GIVE THAT TICKET TO!?
and also could you sight that same person with evading and eluding?

Because clearly, your not going to be able to stop a vehicle doing over sixty miles an hour by itself without a driver. I would love to see the idiot that DOES try to stop that car.

Finally, what situation required this law to be enacted?

And can the officer really keep a straight face while writing this ticket?

    To Be honest I couldn't

Some pondering Ala George Carlin style- RIP

It is referring to vehicles being towed. If you live in Ca you will always see the signs that say all vehicles with trailers max speed 55 MPH, that also goes for big rigs.

    According to the law... yes:D
These are the things I do when I'm bored in my managment class. Somehow without actually doing any real work, I have managed to get a 92% overall. The lowest grade I have is a 90.5 in communications.

Yeah I know it's for the trailers etc. But they do really need to get more specific.

This shows just how much you can slack off.
