i have a 1990 f250 reg cab and have 2 ten inch qlogic truck boxes with .65 qf of air space and i think the mounting depth is around 5 1/2 inches not sure thou. i was think of getting p1s. anyone no anything better?
Um....Rockford Punch subs suck ass....sorry...they just do...also they are overpriced for the quality you get...or lack thereof Whats your budget??
I did a system this summer using 2 fusion 12 inchers in a sealed box of about 2 cubic feet runninon an old 425 HCCA Orion in about the same truck...the SOB would rip your face off and throw it too the curb...very loud, deep bass response.....was amazingly accurate in its sound, did alot of critical listening and was very impressed with the results. However, the owner was short and liked the seat almost all the way up so i had the room to make a nice box hat would fit behind the seats, even flush mounted the amp in the center of the box....

these things are worth it from the reviews they get, lots of people rave about them. Just wanted to give some options that would sound good.
alright i ended up getting 2 jbl gtos i found a good price on them (100 bucks for the pair) now im looking to get a pair of 6x9s once i get my paycheck. i have a pair of 6 1/2 alpine type r's were the stock speakers used to be. just want something to fill in the midbass because they dont have much.
