    They are both in the same Bill passed by the Senate

    once again you see my point......................

    allowing for shit like this is the reason NOTHING get done........

    So Me you and everyone else pay 100's of Millions of dollars for a bunch of Dipshits to do NOTHING plus there staff,

    Me, I have a problem with that.

    on top of that a FEW times that they manage to get something done, it is something that some how takes away more freedoms

    Again, Me , I have a problem with that

    That boxing addition is the minority house members (democrats) way of evening the odds with the republican majority. If they werent allowed to add these provisions then the majority party would be passing bills with no opposition.
