    this is waht she said in a recent interview
    Spears, who turns 21 on Dec. 2, acknowledges that when the tour ended, "the first week, I was so excited I was off that I partied every night. I drink." But, she adds, "everything in moderation. Smoking, drinking, sex -- why is it such a big deal with me?
