tuning frequency with round ports..

    hey guys.. just wondering if anyone can tell me how to figure tuning frequency for round ports... ive never used them and im space limited and they would work better then a slot.. so if u can help please and thank u

    Pie r squared....if i remember right? lets see...i think a 4 inch round port is about 13 sq inches......been awhile though!


    Shape of the port does NOT matter...well...unless its a very narrow slot then some things can change...not gettin into that right now!

    willing to share?

    i have a friend wanting to build something and he and i will try and tackle it in his garage one day. he wants round ports and we are going to try and flare them as well.
