Ready to Install

    , Now I have the equipment for my install.I am restoring a 1988 Mercury Cougar. I have the following DEH-P4800MP HEADUNIT + GEX-P920XM SATELLITE XM TUNER + GEX-P10HD TUNER + CD-SR100 STEERINGWHEEL REMOTE+ ALL PIONEER GARMIN NUVI 360 GPS AND MAYBE THE PIONEER CD-BTB200 BLUETOOTH IF I CAN GET ONE AT A NICE PRICE....4 TWEETERS + 2 51/2 DOOR SPEAKERS + 2 6X9 REAR DECK SPEAKERS + DEI VALET 562T REMOTE STARTER WITH A DEI- 530T WINDOW MODS. IF THERE ARE GOOD TIPS OR TRICKS FOR THE INSTALL FOR MY SYSTEM I AM ALL EARS

    hmmm, what kind of speakers did you get? you mentioned you have 4 tweeters, 2 5 1/2 midbass speakers and 2 6x9's? just wondering if you have passive crossovers for the 5 1/2 speakers and tweets? what brand did you get? I didn't see any amps mentioned... do you have any amps that you plan to buy or already have?

    The speakers came out of a 1995 cadillac deville,And I had not plan of using an amp.Just want a nice sounding system without blowing the windods out.I have a new quession. The dh tuner, satel ,the blue tooth ,and today I picked up a cd changer.All using a ip-bus cables,is there a adapter that will take all these inputs to output to the headunit

    when using the ip bus you dasiy chain everything to each other. i use the ipod dock,sat radio and an AUX in and each one plugs into the back of each other so you only have one plug that goes to the radio.

    it should be labeled in/out. good luck.
