yes...all they do is carry a signal. Home Monster cables are better than most ones for car use...bettery quality
my favorite RCA cables are the ones with the remote wire in the middle of the 2 RCA cables. those are really nice.
Those are not made for being the remote wire...that wire is to ground the head unit to the amp majority of the amps on the market have the signal inputs on the opposite side of the power and output side...so using that RCA cable you are describing would mean having to add a short patch wire
