Im looking for some good speakers to replace the cheap kicker speakers in the front doors of my Ranger. Im going with polk audio 6.5" speakers (mm651) if i can get an adapter plate...where can i find adapter plates for these? Im probably keeping the kicker 5x7's i already have in the back doors. Will 6.5" speakers in front sound good with 5x7's in the back? Or would it be better to get the Polk 5x7 speakers instead of the 6.5?
I have a JL 320.4 amp powering all the speakers. Any other input?? If the 6.5's are better, i would like to know where i can get adapter plates
a 6.5 is no better then a 5x7 of the same speaker! imo its a waist of time your gonna get the same sound imaging there is pretty much or close to the same ammount of cone area!
