ok go to this link http://www.the12volt.com/relays/page5.asp#drto Please tell me you only see 14 images all the same as "the12volt.com" picture? This just worked 2 days ago and now it don't. This royally ****es me off. i posted on the12volt forums but I want somebody to check here so I know its my pos computer. Shoes up on both ie and firefox.
its something to do with the computer cause mine started doing that while back. I am going to reformat it soon to fix it I hope.
Are you saying instead of seeing the actual picture, you see "the12volt.com" logo instead? Kindof confused with what your saying and stuff, I see graphics like wire connections
yeah cause my computer does the same thing phycho. Some sites that have that copyright protection on them so you cant hotlink their images show up all bogus.
im using firefox 2.0.0.2 and im using for a firewall Sygate Personal Firewall. Thats so weird that my firewall is blocking the images. This is the only site i saw this with. Weird.
firewalls should not block images unless a prompt came up and you manually blocked the site altogether. It works fine on my computer with firefox and IE Explorer
oh, it's showing the 12volt pictures with writing under them now, before it was just the 12volt pictures i thought that's what you wanted. You have something else going on there. I can probably help you with this, is this your site? I have designed about 10 websites so far so have some experience.

psycho_maniac Check in your firefox settings or in the bottom left of your browser, see if you have an "S" with a circle around it. What that does is allow scripts. (Yea people can hack your computer through websites) electrolytic, I would watch out posting scripts on websites. Some sites will ban you because........ (Yea you can hack sites with script. Called Script Attack)
hey electrolytic can you check this site for me and tell me why im getting the same problem. www.5thrangers.net
ha, what a mess, it's not your computer, it's the site is corrupted big time. Java can get very complicated and not everyone has java, not a good idea for a website, better to keep it simple html and add some java appletts later if you want. I can't see the problem but if the images are not in the root folder of the website it will not load the pictures with just images named <img src="img/website_avatars/1Lt.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> you have to put the full website address: <img src="http://www.whatever.com/img/website_avatars/1Lt.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/1Lt.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/2Lt.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/Cpl.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/PFC.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> <li class="item"><a href="#"><img src="img/website_avatars/Pvt.gif" alt=""><span></span></a></li> These are only pieces of code they will do no harm here, i'm not interested in hacking.
It's probably loading from your computers cache if that's the same computer you used to make the site, because all i have ever seen was the 12volt pictures.
