hello any help would be great. i put the pioneer MVH-P8200BT head unit in my boat over the winter.i already did the parking brake bypass with a relay from radio shack works great!! the problem i have now is that my wireless remote is floating somewhere on lake eufaula in a waterproof bag.well its gone.the question i have is has anybody made a hard wired remote for this stero themselves.i would really like to make one myself with long wires and all i need on it is volume control and the left and right part of the multifunction button in order to change songs. thanks.
Hi d39019, I have purchased the MVH-8300BT and have the parking brake cable problem where I cannot watch anything on the move, which is a pain as I would like to listen to video concerts I have and for my passengers to watch. Can you please tell me how to do the parking brake cable bypass with a relay ? Thanks.
can you not just tether the remote to the spot you wish to use the remote? rather then trying to make a wired remote.
