Hey all... My DVD player is starting to get a bit picky on me, and I am thinking it is time for a new unit... Also, all of the sudden my old Onkyo CD player started to skip, for no reason randomly. I tried a clean and demagnetize but to no avail. So I decided maybe I need not only a good DVD player, but also a good CD player, maybe a nice combo... Surprisingly, mama agreed  So with that in mind I went looking for a good DVD/CD player at a fair price. Anyways, I read alot of reviews on the Elite DV-C36, most of them pretty good untill today. I happened across a website where many users complained of loading issues with the units. Also, some seem to complain about CDs not working correctly (while all other formats on CD or DVD function fine). Frankly, at this point I am not interested in SACD or DVD-A, so that is not of any real concern here. Maybe down the line I will consider the Elite 45or 47, but not right now. I listen to some music in the house, but rarely do I sit in my listening position to do so, so this format seems unnessicary to me. My thought is for the price I can grab one of these ($299 local authorized ) it would fit into the rest of my upgrades and budget. The reason I am dead set on the Elites (and I am not really considering anything other than an Elite... but if you have another suggestion, I will be glad to review it) is my new VSX45-TX has proven to be so great I plan on keeping it for a while. I am hoping for total controll with the main reciever remote (which is running everything very well right now). Any personal input on the DV-C36 would be most appreciated... Thanks
