Anybody know a good program to rip cd's to mp3's, and where to get it? I've been using Sonic Foundry Siren Jukebox 2.0 but it's a pain to use. I know there has to be better out there. think i remember reading that the fruehoffer (or something like that) engine is the best, but i don't know what programs use it. Thanks for any advice.
http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-1896417-100-8812954.html that is a good one, that one on that page is a demo but you can get the full verion off grokster or other p2p file sharing program
there was a post like this and everyone was praising "exact audio copy" and use the "lame" mp3 encoder with it
I just use musicmatch, or whatever it's called... It rips at 128 plus oversampling or something, good enough for me, and i don;t lose any noticeable SQ :stickpoke it's early and i gotta go to school in like 20 min :sadwave:
