Just setting the record straight that just cause I live in Texas, doesn't mean I live in a trailor  Jeff
Do you stand with your buddies infront of your fence and drink beer, while simulatenously saying "yup, yeah, uh hum, word niggggga!" LOL Nice and cozy place you got there, but I bet you have body parts in your fridge :lmfao:
But jeffy, you left out the fact that you were taking the picture from inside your trailer... uhhh, little homie
Fuck... I forgot, my bad. Chris will even tell you I have been busy as hell lately. He tried calling me all week and finally got me at the shop on thursday... Just sooo busy. You gonna be around tonight? Or sometime this weekend maybe? I'll shout at you. I got some work to do this weekend but I can call you.
That's the week of the 19th . Durring said week I will build a couple new cabinets for the HT. I am conjuring up a design of a dipole for the Koda woofer for home, but I need to figure some way of creating a diffrcation wall as part of the "cabinet". Also I will be building (or I should say, may be building, depending on the Dipole's performance) a ported box for it. I also have some new surrounds I will be building, Kit51s. They use the Adire (I'll bet you are surprised) AV5 and Audax combo. Ported, and covered in a beautiful ribbon mahogany I have here. I am going to try some funky veneer work on them too, almost like a cross pattern on the face with the "ribbon" radiating outward and perpendicular to the edges they terminate at (with the patten continueing on the sides to the rear of the cabinets of course). Should be cool, but we will have to see how they really turn out. For pics and a review keep an eye on the HT section over the next couple weeks.
I go into work at 6 today. Sunday I'm available until 6. Monday I'm off. I think we need some RTA graphs of your HT Jeff
easy... _______________________________________________ self calibrating recievers are a beautiful thing . I simply plug a mic into the reciever, place it in the main listening position press a button and leave the room. It fires referance level test tones around the room and self adjusts for perfectly flat responce, and it also corrects for speaker angle, hieght and distance. Takes about 5 minutes.
