Ive been having the saem problem, when I run win xp, but if you I use win me the smilies work. I dont get it. Are you running xp too?
I am running WinXP, and my smilies are dancing happy! See? :dance: If you hit "stop", they should stop... Check your browser settings.. maybe you have something config'd in some way that basically works out to hitting the "stop" button when your page is done loading?
Tools menu -> Internet options -> Advanced tab -> Multimedia section -> check off all but "dont display online media contetn in media bar" and "show image dl placeholders" restart browser, if that dont work let me know...:dapimp:
