    Legal Prostitution in Nevada
Prostitution is not illegal everywhere. In particular, in the United States, prostitution is legal in certain counties of Nevada.

State law forbids counties with high populations from legalizing brothels, so prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City and Lake Tahoe. Other counties may license brothels; street solicitation is illegal.

Prostitutes are required to use condoms for all types of intercourse, and must undergo regular medical checkups. The rate of AIDS infection is nearly zero. Where prostitution is illegal, AIDS rates are often over 25 percent.

I say we need Regulated Prositution that would solve allot of problems with 'street walkers" and STD's

    What do you think

Guy A sleeps with a Street Walker (who is not made to have medical exam's and has AIDS)

GuyA Gets AIDS but does not know it

    Guy A s is Dating Girl A,

Guy A gives Girl A AIDS (nither Know)

Girl A Dumps Guy B and Goes out with Guy B

do you realize that HIV can remain dormaint for year undected

Unless you are going to Test every person you have unprotect sex with you take the risk,

I argee with the condom thing (although I hate to use them becasue they utterly suck) but even if you "know the biitch" you still take a risk

I have only had unprotected sex with one person in my life and that was with a girl I "almost" married but that is a whole other story all together

and i made sure she was tested and put on the god damn pill, this world does not need another me running around

    :p

but Legal Prositution would do more then just prevent STD's. it would clean up the streets, and stopp some of the violance with Street Walking

Just as in Drug if the American People want it someone will provide it legal or not

    condoms dont stop everything.....

some diseases can be transmitted by skin to skin contact

I would rather have HIV than have inflamed warts in my urethra

ya but ya gotta relize that even a condom doesnt stop everything. some skin contact might occur or stuff can be passed. condoms help but the only real choice is to not have sex until your married. and marry someone who hasnt had sex before either.....:)

Well i see Two main Problems with that

1> Good luck finding a Virgin today unless you are going to go and look at the grade schools:p

2> I could not wait that long

Plus I really dont ever want to get married, due to the legalites involved

I agree with Mike on those, especially to not get married! Marriage for love is probably 80%:bs:

Love is a choice, most people just choose not to make the effort.

I think marriage for love is the only reason to be married. Its too hard to have a relationship that deep without it, otherwise you'll never be able to sustain that deep of a relationship.

-married 2 years this summer and only getting better, of course it helps to find a good woman too :D

Luckily I fit into category 1, and so does the girl I plan to marry someday.

Category 2 is a toughie, trust me...... but if you have enough will-power and convictions, it can definately be done. I know many people like that.

good for you but sex is just a act that is enjoyed by all involed most of the time

I think people associate sex and love too closly together

In a way I agree with you, but mostly.... no ;)

Yes, because marriage is not what it was originally. It used to be a commitment between people, now it's just something to do. In the old days, I think marriage was a good thing, as it can be today if people go about it the right way.

But all too often it is done half-heartedly, with no real understanding of the commitment.

And speaking on divorce.... it is only so prevailant today because it is available. It never used to even be an option, but now it's thrown around just as hap-hazardly as marriage is. The whole mess needs cleaned up!

"100% of all divorces start with marriage"

--- what is the difference between a family who's parent divorce and a family who's parents split up, having never been married in the first place??? The results are the same, and just as likely to happen..... so this quote is not really saying anything.
