how do you take those plastic rain guards off windows?

    yeah my car has a stupid rain guard thing on the moon roof and i want to take it off; but its held on by really sticky stuff and i dont want to just pull it off and then there be a mess. anyone know how to remove it without ruining stuff???

    Um see if you can find some goo gone and put it around the seal for atleast 5 minutes without any sun on the roof and it gently pull it off

    Um...I'd say fuking rip that sh!t off...or get a heat gun

    3M adhasive remover, get it at auto body supply shops. only way to go.

    We just pull that **** off at the shop. Then we spray alchohol on the **** that didn't come off in the "pull." Easy stuff, it won't damage anything if you just rip it off.

    HEAT GUN? that would melt the paint if used by an amatuer
