How Do I Downsize A Video?

    I have a quicktime movie (.mov) and its 17.9 mb big...does anyone know of a free program to shrink it...ive tried everything i have on my computer to no avail...even tried dvd shrink...haha

    there is really no way to "compress" it like you would say a text file..

    Quicktime is a Compression Agrothim like MP3 (Mpeg 1 audio layer 3)

    the smallest video File size on the market Currently in Mpeg 4 (MP4) or avi.

    Dr. Divx is probally the best app to convert video files to MP4 or Avi format
