First of all, Hello to everybody. I am Jim and a new here. I'm looking for some direction here to get closer to the sound level Im wantimg. My current install is: 2000 Nissan Xterra, Velo double din DVD stereo, 2 Fosgate 6 1/2 P1653 Punch series in front doors with a Sedona 100 watt amp, 2 cheap (no name) 6x9's in rear with no amp on rear speakers. Sedona Amp Specs: APA 100 50 x 2 rms @ 4 90 x 2 rms @ 2 180 x 1 rms bridged Distortion - 0.08% I am not getting quite the punch or rumble that I am looking for. I know that a Sub would probably solve my problem here, but I really dont have room for a sub box. (I carry alot of fishing gear with me all the time) I'm looking for suggestions, as far as the rear speakers and/or amp, that anyone may have that could at least get me closer to the sound quality Im looking for. i too was gong to suggest a bazooka tube sub. i used to have a 6in version. was impressive for its size and didn't need a lot of power at all.
