I take two migraine excedrins, two 60 mg sudafeds, and a benadryl (for bedtime) or substitute a non drowsy anti-histamine like allegra or claritin instead of the benadryl for daytime cold relief. This always does the trick for even me, and I had a multitude of drugs tested on me when I was younger, many drugs don't have any affect on me now, I have to take large amounts to get relief from aches, pains, allergies and such.
