So, right now I'm doing a little side work for my parents business.I have to park at thier bulk distribution plant. The other bulk plant about 1000 or so yards away was recently purchased by a fairly large company (carson oil) and they are doing a complete overhaul to the entire facility. Including painting tanks. Well, the painters didn't use thier heads, and used spray guns with wind blowing (it was cold with pretty high humidity so the paint didn't dry) it floated all the way into our lot and hit about 15 cars. Mine was on the list for today, and I got it back a couple of hours ago. They got most of the paint off. But the guy who owns the body shop who is doing all of the paint removal. Told us to bring them back if they missed any spots. Mostly because after staring at all of that white they are bound to miss some spots. Needless to say, that it looks amazing. Like it came off of the showroom floor, but. They did miss a couple of spots. Mostly the black plastic and trim peices. They said that those may have to be replaced. But long story short. Carson Oil payed for a detail of a competitors car! More specifically pretty much every employee of the competitions car lol. Talk about being neighborly lol.
cool deal. to be honest thats not being neighborly tho. they had to do it to avoid a law suite im sure. as long as your ride looks better, then sweet deal for you still.
