I'm trying to figure out the right specs for my enclosure, this is the speaker i have...
    http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=299-065&utm_source=Bazaarvoiceps

    Vas - 0.28 .cu ft.
    qts - 0.80
    fs - 74hz
    qes - 1.10
    qms - 2.97
    ebp - 67.27

    and by this calculator..
    http://ccs.exl.info/calc_box.html

    11 x 9 0.28 cu ft
    .75 thickness

    gives me 11 x 9 x 8.29
so i get a total box volume (Vb) of 0.28 ft3 according to this site
    http://www.bcae1.com/spboxnew2.htm

is this correct, im not to positive of what im doing...makes my brain hurt

The enclosure volume range for those specs would be between 0.25 and 0.5 cu ft. So I would shoot for the middle. For me I would go for 0.35 cu ft. But .28 cu ft is within that range so it should be OK.

Also the ebp of 67 suggests that this speaker would work well in either a sealed or ported enclosure.
