I'd like to take the time to welcome Dan Wiggins aboard our little (soon to be huge!!!) forum. Dan, for those of you who don't know, Is the CEO of Adire. They produce the awesome Shiva, Tempest, Maelstrom, and Brahma drivers. I am a current Shiva owner, and one of the lucky ones on the Brahma 12 backorder list. I would like to state that I absolutely appreciate a person with technical knowledge such as Dan Wiggins has, and that his simple presence here brings this forum up a notch! Observing Dan on other forums has shown Dan has not just a thorough understanding of technical details related to loudspeaker and enclosure design, but also has years of experience in the audio field, beginning (I beleive) with research in the area of sonar equipment development! Dan- I am personally very pleased to find you here, I hope that you find this forum an educational opportunity, at the very least to share your knowledge with a very appreciative and receptive audience! I hope to have challenging topics to post on such as we have had on occasion on CAF in the past; your feedback on these often-technical topics will be valuable for sure! Welcome aboard! :dance:
