LOL, I have been using 9in mids for quite a while in my doors, if you design it well, there is no reason why they cannot work in your doors...
Find these if you want to go with a smaller size... there is nothing really that comes close in 6.5 in size......
Typically, a larger driver with a smaller excursion is a better choice for midbass than a smaller one with large excursion (unless you are limited...
I lo pass my midbass at 180... it is still directional and it still affects vocals;)
never liked kickpanels, they just do not work with a manual transmission and preference for higher stage... But if you like this, have at it...

not really, refurbed Cadence Z9000 should put out about 900 watts bridged at 4 Ohms conservatively speaking...;)
How long have you been doing this? Did you use any bracing in the box? Typically, vents work better when on the same plane with drivers......
aiming drivers toward a single center point of the front stage works better actually... Also, keeping signal path lengths more or less the same...

if you attach the half to the door sheetmetal, yes, no reason not to...
do whatever looks good to you... not a matter of panel supporting anything as much as panel being attached to rigid surface that should be your...
run your mids from ab 60-180 instead of what you listed... Much harder to do doors, you better be good with glassing and make sure you have...
tell him to get a G/F to blow instead...
off Ebay PG Xenon comps or Cadence CWM6 off Ebay or directly from Cadence website... You cannot go wrong with either one for about 80 bucks...
