From the Week for Feb 16-20 there were a total of 42 alchol arrests 27 of those were for merly Public intox charges mow much money could this town save if they stopp ARRESTING people for stupid shit like this, and write them a violation instead?????????? when every town, is compaling about not haveing enough money (which I dont buy for a second) and the whole point of these laws and actions is to get the fine $$$$$ just save every one some time, and write a ticket...... I can see arresting drunk drivers, but come on, PI's illegal possesion etc, should not be a arrestable offence
now for drugs of the 17 drug arrest there were 8 for minor possesion of Marijuana, which IMO should not be arrestable in itself, just a citation and a fine, well it should not be illegal at all, but .....
i've been arrested for "constructive possession" of alcohol...not meaning that i was actually in possession...just that i had access to it...what kind of BULLSHIT is that?
