Pioneer AVH-X390BS No Bluetooth microphone for Bluetooth Calls and Google Voice Recognition/response

Hi everyone, I am requesting assistance with the Pioneer AVH-X390BS that I recently installed in my wife's 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. After install all functions of this head unit work great except that of the Bluetooth microphone for hands free calling and google voice recognition response do not function. I have "Restored Settings" several times and attempted setup in both Network and Standard Modes with no success in either mode. Everything has been checked and double checked and is installed correctly. When making a bluetooth call the receiver of the call can be heard through the speakers but they cannot hear the caller through the microphone.
Help Please! Any assistance is appreciated.
